Never, never, never1 I love the thirteenth of everything!
And this month the thirteenth helped provide the 2.34 inches of rain that we got that we so desperately needed. It started raining on Tuesday and has been raining off and on all week, today was a winner. The ground was so dry that we didn't even have any accumulation in the runoff basins I've had created. We are totally upset by some of the flooding that is occurring around the southwest. As much as we need the moisture, lives are more important.
